Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery. A tracking number is sent via email once the order ships.
The watch should be wiped down regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust and moisture. It’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, or harsh chemicals such as perfumes and cleaning sprays. Storing it in a cool, dry place when not in use helps preserve both the case and the strap.
A standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty is included with every watch. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear such as scratches on the crystal or strap.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Water resistance levels vary by model and are clearly listed on each product page. As a general rule, watches rated at 3 ATM are splash-resistant only, while those rated at 5 ATM or higher can handle brief submersion such as handwashing or rain. Swimming or showering with the watch is not recommended unless the model is specifically rated for it.
